The press conference for the 69th Hyundai Filmfare Awards 2024 with Gujarat Tourism was held today. Among the celebrity guests at the event were Karan Johar, Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan.Opening up about her first Filmfare memory, Janhvi Kapoor recalled attending a ceremony with her mother, the late Sridevi. She shared, As everyone knows, mom wasn't a very outgoing person. But when it came to the Filmfare Awards, at home it was always a family outing. We'd get ready and go together. She was very excited about showing me all the amazing performances.”
She fondly recalled, “I'd pick out her dress. I still remember the first Filmfare Awards show I went for, I had picked out this black gown that she had worn. Toh main haath pakad kar pohoch jaati thi unke saath.”
