Crafted by Somen Mishra, this OTT series draws inspiration from the heartfelt narratives showcased on the India Love Project, a social media initiative by former journalists Priya Ramani, Samar Halarnkar, and Niloufer Venkatraman. Brought to life with the backing of filmmaker Karan Johar's Dharmatic Entertainment, Love Storiyaan is poised to make its premiere on Prime Video India on Valentine’s Day, February 14, as revealed in a press release.
The series delves into the lives of six diverse couples from across the nation, showcasing their tales of love, resilience, and triumph over adversity. Helmed by directors Akshay Indikar, Archana Phadke, Collin D’Cunha, Hardik Mehta, Shazia Iqbal, and Vivek Soni, Love Storiyaan promises to offer a heartfelt exploration of the many facets of love. Karan Johar expressed his enthusiasm for Dharmatic's inaugural venture into presenting the genuine stories of real people to audiences.
