Dinesh Vijan and Maddock Films’ Chhaava gets a new release date. The theatrical release for this Vicky Kaushal starrer has been postponed to February 14, 2025. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the movie also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in leading roles.
The release date holds special significance since it coincides with Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti on February 19, 2025. The movie’s pre-production began in 2023, while filming ended around May 2024. The movie was originally scheduled to release on December 6, 2024, making way for a box office competition with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule.
The teaser of Chhaava had already hooked the audience, with many praising Kaushal’s intense portrayal of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. Stay tuned for more updates.
