Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana recently took to his Instagram account and shared a heartfelt video of him strumming the guitar and singing the song Das Mereya Dilbara, which is an underrated Punjabi song sung by the Musical legends Asha Bhosle and Mohammed Rafi.

Besides Hindi, the singer has also sung in 20 other Indian languages, as well as some foreign languages.

The legendary singer took her last breath on April 12, 2026, at the age of 92. According to sources, the late singer was previously admitted to Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai, and unfortunately passed away following a chest infection and multi-organ failure. Throughout her entire lifetime, the singer had received multiple awards, including the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award back in 2000, followed by a Padma Vibhushan in 2008, to name a few.
Cremated with state honors at Shivaji Park crematorium, Dadar, her last rites were performed by her son, Anand Bhosle. Several Bollywood personalities, such as Aamir Khan, actor Vicky Kaushal, Tabu, Vivek Oberoi, music composer Anu Malik, singers Anup Jalota, Sudesh Bhosale, and Shaan, filmmaker Ramesh Sippy, and others were seen at Shivaji Park to pay their last respects.
