Raghav Juyal is making his Telugu film debut with Nani-starrer The Paradise, directed by Srikanth Odela. As the team gears up for the film’s release, Juyal opened up about his experience of working in the Telugu film industry and what he has taken away from the experience.
Speaking at the press conference for The Paradise, Juyal said he was struck by the way cinema is celebrated in the Telugu industry, particularly the respect extended to everyone involved in making a film. He said, "People celebrate and respect cinema so much over there. It is something that really moved me. There were tears in my eyes. They respect each and every technician. Even the sound engineer; people know them by name. The audience knows who has worked on the film. They don’t come just to finish their work. They celebrate cinema, and that is what I really like,” he said.
Juyal added that he hopes to see the same culture of celebrating cinema and its contributors extend across the country and also thanked Nani. "I want to bring that to our entire country. I learnt this from Nani. You really changed my life, as an artiste and as a human being."

Juyal plays the antagonist in The Paradise, which stars Nani in the lead. The film also stars Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni, Keerthy Suresh, Mohan Babu and Easwari Rao, among others. It is scheduled to release worldwide on September 24.
Nani, meanwhile, has previously spoken about being impressed by Juyal’s performance in Kill. He said he was particularly curious to see how Juyal would adapt to a Telugu-language film and praised his preparation for the role.
